Invesco names Marty Franc to lead Asia Pacific as Andrew Lo retires after 32 years

A senior leadership change at an asset manager, a firm that pools and deploys client money on behalf of investors, is coming at Invesco Ltd.

Andrew Lo, Senior Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific, will retire on March 31, 2027, after 32 years with the firm.

Marty Franc, a 13-year Invesco veteran, will take over the same title and responsibilities during the first quarter of 2027.

Invesco disclosed the change August 31, 2026, through an 8-K, the SEC filing public companies use to report material events to shareholders.
