Gold.com names new CFO as Dickson retires, KPMG steps in as auditor

A controller, the executive who runs a company's day-to-day accounting before results reach the chief financial officer, moved up to the CFO role at Gold.com, Inc. (NYSE: GOLD) on September 18, 2026.

Jill Van took that seat as Cary Dickson retired after two stints as CFO covering more than 11 years. Four days before that, Gold.com's Audit Committee also replaced its outside accounting firm.

Van joined Gold.com in June 2025 as Executive Vice President and Controller. She holds a Certified Public Accountant license and spent more than two decades in public accounting.

Her career included Audit Partner positions at RSM US LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, where she led SEC reporting and audit engagements. She also served as CFO at Shew Enterprises and Interim CFO at Hardesty LLC.
