Standex International Corporation (NYSE: SXI) has appointed Samantha L. Stoddard as its new Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, a role effective December 1, 2026. The Salem, New Hampshire-based manufacturer announced the hiring on October 19, 2026, marking a leadership change at the top of its finance organization.
Stoddard will transition to Standex from JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., where she currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In her new capacity, she will report directly to David Dunbar, Standex’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Her appointment follows a search that began after the company previously announced in May 2026 that Ademir Sarcevic would be promoted to Executive Vice President Corporate and Group President Electronics.
Sarcevic has continued to serve as Chief Financial Officer during the interim period and will remain in that role until Stoddard’s arrival. Once the transition is complete, Sarcevic will focus his efforts on driving accelerated growth across Standex’s Electronics segment while overseeing specific corporate projects and initiatives. Dunbar noted that Sarcevic led the finance organization for seven years and expressed gratitude for his support through the transition.
Dunbar stated that Stoddard brings deep experience leading finance organizations at global industrial manufacturers. He highlighted her track record of driving operational and financial discipline and the public-company perspective she offers as Standex continues to scale its businesses and execute its growth strategy. The CEO expressed his intent to partner with Stoddard on these goals.
Stoddard began her tenure at JELD-WEN in 2020, a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of doors, windows and related building products. She was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2024. Prior to that promotion, she served as Chief Financial Officer for North America and led the company’s global financial planning and analysis function. Her career includes various roles of increasing responsibility at Honeywell International, where she served as Chief Financial Officer of the Personal Protection Equipment business unit.
Stoddard completed her graduate studies in accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas. She also earned an undergraduate degree in economics and political science from Wake Forest University. In her remarks, she described Standex as having built a strong, diversified portfolio and a culture of operational excellence. She expressed excitement about working with Dunbar, Sarcevic, and the leadership team to drive profitable growth and create long-term value for customers and shareholders.
