Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Webull Corporation (BULL), has signed an agreement to acquire Pi Securities Public Company Limited, the company announced from Bangkok on June 30, 2026.
The deal, if completed, would fold an established Thai securities firm into Webull's local operations and deepen the reach of the Webull trading platform in the country.
Webull Corporation, the Nasdaq-listed parent, owns the Webull platform and holds the ticker BULL.
