Fixed income, the investment category covering bonds and debt instruments that pay a scheduled return, is the subject of a new acquisition deal.
Rowe Price Group agreed to buy F/m Investments, a Washington-based firm that oversaw $19 billion in assets as of July 31, 2026. The purchase price was not disclosed.
F/m, founded in 2019 and affiliated with 1251 Capital Group, built its model around making bond investing easier to use.
The firm runs 20 ETFs across US Treasuries, inflation-protected securities known as TIPS, corporate bonds, and municipal securities.
