Dave Fox, the chief financial officer of Northern Trust Corporation, has announced his retirement.
The financial services executive intends to remain in his role through the end of the first quarter of 2027 to support an orderly transition.
Northern Trust, based in Chicago, plans to conduct a comprehensive internal and external search for its next chief financial officer.
During this transition period, it is expected that Fox will continue to lead the company's Finance division. He will work closely with Michael O'Grady, the chairman and chief executive officer, and the leadership team.
