Metaplanet, the Tokyo-listed company that has made $BTC accumulation its central corporate strategy, has agreed to acquire Siiibo Securities for $13 million.
CEO Simon Gerovich said the deal is expected to close in July, at which point Metaplanet plans to rebrand the acquired firm as Metaplanet Securities.
