Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is joining Fox News Channel as an on-air contributor, according to an announcement by FOX News Media CEO Suzanne Scott on Monday.
Leavitt, who is 29 years old, will begin her new role on November 1 and is expected to provide commentary across the network's programming lineup.
Scott stated that Leavitt's experience in the White House and on the presidential campaign trail gives her a distinct understanding of current political dynamics.
