The company filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Nevada Secretary of State to effectuate the name change.
The ticker symbols for the company's securities on The Nasdaq Stock Market will change effective at market open on Monday, September 28, 2026. The common stock symbol will change from FGNX to FGC.
The Series A Preferred Shares symbol will change from FGNXP to FGCPP.
