Pharmaceutical packaging, the cartons, leaflets, and labeled containers that hold and identify medicines before they reach patients, is the business at the center of a new European deal.
Faller Packaging has agreed to acquire Paperpack, a Greek company that works in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The two sides disclosed no financial terms.
The transaction extends Faller's presence across Europe. Paperpack operates primarily in Greece and South-Eastern Europe, a geographic footprint that sits alongside Faller's broader continental network.
Both companies work in similar segments of the packaging market. Faller described the businesses as "highly complementary." Regulatory approval is still required before the deal can close.
