A credit agreement amendment, a formal revision to an existing loan rather than a new deal, closed September 10, 2026, opening up to $250 million in new borrowing capacity for the contracting subsidiary of Cardinal Infrastructure Group Inc.
The subsidiary, Cardinal Civil Contracting, LLC, signed the deal with Truist Bank as administrative agent. The same document raised Cardinal Civil Contracting's revolving credit line from $75 million to $100 million.
What the amendment changes The amendment creates a delayed draw term loan facility with a principal of up to $250 million.
Here is what that means: the borrower can access the money in stages rather than receiving the full amount at closing. The $250 million does not have to be drawn immediately. It can be taken in pieces over time.
