Anduril is offering employees the chance to sell company stock at a valuation of roughly $90 billion. The tender offer, which opened on Oct.
9, allows participants to sell shares at $94.80 apiece and is capped at $1.3 billion. Bloomberg first reported the news, citing sources familiar with the matter, and Anduril confirmed the details to CNBC.
Employees in 16 countries are eligible to participate in the offering. This move follows a $5 billion funding round closed in May that doubled the company's valuation to $61 billion.
