Duos Technologies Group, Inc. reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue outlook of more than $50 million on October 5, 2026. The company also reported positive operating income from continuing operations for the second quarter of 2026. Duos develops and operates modular artificial intelligence colocation sites ranging from 10 to 30 megawatts, providing the physical infrastructure while customers supply their own compute hardware.

The company’s business model separates the facility from the equipment. Duos provides the data hall shell, utility power distribution, high-density cooling, and security monitoring. Customers are responsible for owning or financing their GPUs, servers, networking, and software stacks. Contracts are typically long-dated and based on capacity fees.

A key asset is the company’s first owned campus in Columbus, Georgia. Duos acquired this brick-and-mortar data center in 2026, partly funded by a $55 million registered direct offering. The site currently serves a hyperscale anchor customer using a cluster of 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. On September 30, 2026, a special purpose vehicle sold the GPU fleet to Axe Compute, which repaid approximately $87.8 million of debt. Following the sale, Duos continues to serve the anchor customer under a revised five-year agreement, leasing the GPU capacity from Axe Compute while providing colocation and energy services.

Duos has secured significant contracted demand through several agreements. In August 2026, the company signed five-year hosting agreements with Axe Compute for 55 megawatts across multiple U.S. sites. These agreements involve aggregate base payments exceeding $500 million, with readiness targeted for late 2026 to early 2027. Billing for these agreements will follow ready-for-service testing and written acceptance by Axe Compute.

Additionally, a five-year, 10 megawatt agreement with an investment-grade hyperscaler was announced on July 16, 2026. This contract is valued at more than $111 million, with capacity availability expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. The company also signed a Master Services Agreement with Nistar in July 2026 for up to 2 megawatts of colocation capacity in Columbus.

Duos is evaluating over 100 megawatts of identified opportunities in underserved Tier 3 and Tier 4 markets. These potential sites are under evaluation in tranches of 5 to 10 megawatts, with no commitments assumed at this stage. The company noted that signed capacity is not necessarily energized, accepted, or billing until specific milestones are met.

In its second quarter of 2026, Technology Solutions was the largest revenue line for Duos. The company reported a technology solutions backlog of approximately $28 million as of that period. Duos stated that industry and market data used in its presentation are drawn from third-party publications that it believes to be reliable but has not independently verified. The company also cautioned that forward-looking statements involve risks related to power availability, supply chain lead times, construction schedules, and customer acceptance.
