Bloomberg reports that Apple is set to introduce a new MacBook Pro featuring a touchscreen, along with an updated iPad Mini, on or around October 27. This proposed event would occur just two weeks after the October 13 gathering Apple announced today. That earlier event is rumored to focus on smart home products.
According to Bloomberg, the late October event will include an online video presentation and an in-person component for the press. The format is similar to what Apple is planning for October 13. At this Mac and iPad gathering, Bloomberg reports that Apple will announce new MacBook Pros that are lighter than current models and equipped with touchscreens.
