AAR Corp. has amended its revolving credit facility, increasing total commitments to $1.375 billion and extending the maturity date from December 2027 to October 2031. The company announced the changes on October 26, 2026, noting that the increased capacity supports its pending acquisition of a controlling interest in MRO Holdings.

The amendment raised the facility size by $550 million from the previous commitment of $825 million. The facility remains unsecured. AAR stated that the larger capacity and longer term provide the financial flexibility needed to back its growth plans.

Dylan Wolin, AAR's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, attributed the changes to confidence from the lending group. He noted that 100% of the prior bank group increased their commitments, and two high-quality banks entered the facility. Wolin explained that the expanded limits and longer duration give AAR the resources to execute its strategic objectives.

Wells Fargo served as Left Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for the amended facility. Further details are available in AAR's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

AAR Corp., headquartered in Wood Dale, Illinois, operates as a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company in over 20 countries.
